Thanks to @crypto.piotr for pointing me to this post. Meditation has been the way to increase and better everything from physical health to spiritual well being. There are myriad systems to choose from but all of them require some amount of SELF DISCIPLINE. So each to his own but as you say: "self-discipline not only increases the concentration in the meditation, but also affects our daily lives"
