No matter how similar you may look with someone else, there are still some elements of differences between you. This is also true for identical twins - overtime, they will pick up dissimilar characters, attitudes, etc, talk more of people that are not even related.
Understanding that we are all built differently will help us to relate with people, not on the basis of the kind of attitude you expect from them, but on the basis of the diversity of their character. No doubt, if you are willing to embrace this truth, then you will discover that unity can also be found in diversity.
We are all made and designed to provide complementation to each other. That is, to bring your diversity together with other people's diversity to create a better humanity. This is why I believe that strength can also be made from weakness.
Even in relationships, you have to embrace the fact that your partner is very different from you and obviously has diverse character and attitude from yours. However, the joy of it is to look at the brighter side. That is, accept them, not for who you want them to be but who they truely are.
Do not expect everybody to be conformed to your own pattern of living or to adjust their character and attitude to meet your own requirements. What about your own, have you considered bending it a little to accommodate someone else's character?
No matter how good you may think your attitude is, someone else may have an entirely opposite view about you. This is understandable because humans' preferences are limitless. However, in all these, always learn to give an open arm to people that come your way. Being strictly conformed to a particular opinion may not always be helpful, there are times you need to apply a little flexibility.
