Just this morning I watched someone happily exclaim "Thank God I'm not responsible" when a machine being used for a project temporarily broke down. Then it struck me... Too many times folks tend to back out of situations or projects they are involved in immediately they find a problem, especially when we faced with pressure. Circumstances tend to control us, so the only way to find the peace we are looking for is to run away. Sadly, this peace is very temporary. There is a popular adage that says, "Those who fight and run away, will live to fight another day". The fact that you run away from responsibility doesn't mean that challenge won't come back someday.
Most times the reason why we don't see the desired change or succees in what we do is that we refuse to take the responsibility when challenges come. Who said we won't get to face challenges? The interesting thing is that you are there to create a solution, You are a problem solver. God cannot give you a responsibility or an assignment without giving you the capacity or the empowerment to handle it.
If you say, Thank God I'm not responsible. Then that's sadly true in all ramifications because you are actually not responsible enough to face that challenge head on. Just don't thank God for such negative vibe anyways. Don't shy away from projects just because it seems difficult. In you is birthed greatness. You are a solution carrier, a problem solver.
Good day Steemians
Agreed, happens too often that people are happy when they're on the side line when problems arise. But complain when they are and something positive happens.
Very true brother. Thanks
