Life is a continuous journey of observing new things. I am agreed upon this factor you mentioned

Exercises make you feel better about yourself, thus boosting your confidence. It also helps to get rid of anxiety, reduce stress while releasing euphoric chemicals or neurotransmitters like dopamine and endorphins in your brain
