I downloaded it couldn't follow it precisely as can't cross My legs as am. Disabled can't bend a leg do did the best I could and I did it on the garden. Feel very relaxed at the minute. May do it again before it gets to dark

Excellent well done! You don't have to sit cross legged actually, The most key point is that your spine is straight so you can sit in a chair with your spine nice and upright and do it like that. Universal energy travels up and down the spine =) Glad you are already feeling relaxation. Learning to breath is so fundamental to health as you will find out. Also the vibrational power of the ahhh chant at the end is super healing for your energies. You may find you can't chant for as long as Sadhguru himself but that is to be expected and will improve as you do this more. All is helpful though, believe me! LOTS OF LOVE TO YOU Karen xxxxxx

I def cant chant like him I will be able too do it Better when I'm on the house alone. I am used too the breathing with mindfulness meditation so that helped. I will keep doing it THANK YOU :)
