KIDNEY DOES NOT FUNCTION WELL.
Yes, Our Kidney's does get affected if we drink too much of water the blood becomes diluted and the kidneys cannot filter it fast enough to maintain the proper sodium balance. This condition is called hyponatremia.
The Following are Few Symptoms -
- fatigue
- nausea
- vomiting
- frequent urination.
We Should not also drink 5 liters of water daily it is harmful, Maximum we should intake 1/2 liters of fluid if you are an adult.
Well If you ever think that drinking water caused you weight-gain. Drinking water should not make you gain weight, since it's calorie-free. However, certain health conditions can cause people to retain water, such as kidney disease, and drinking water may cause weight gain. If you think drinking water is causing you to gain weight, then consult a doctor your to your doctor.
