I think fear is something, looked positively at, which prevents us to get harmed. It's evolution's warning bell. A homo sapiens neanderthalensis was well advised to fear a saber-tooth cat.

But nowadays many of them a irrationate and better to be faced at. Like I wrote in my last article, facing my fear of losing Independence

Yes, these symptoms were quite useful during the times there were sabertooths, but now these are just interruptions in our daily life, so we have to get over them.
