PARABLE OF THE PENCIL PART II

THREE: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.
People commit mistakes. People commit sin. This is perfectly natural. All of us are sinners. ALL OF US. The Good News : God does not look at your mistakes/sin. God looks at You. Of course he is not happy with our sins; Committing sin is the punishment in itself. God is sad that we commit sin. But he does not have to punish us because we are already suffering and paying for the sins and mistakes we have committed. But in the long run, God is rooting for you to have a happy life, to accept and live in his great love. Hillsong put this beautifully in their song: What a Beautiful Name: My sin was great; Your love is greater; What could separate us now? What a beautiful name it is!!! The name of JESUS!!!
Because of his great love, and his great mercy. Despite our sins, our unfaithfulness, Our unbelief. HE already saved us! God’s love never fails! God’s love never gives up! God never gives up on us!!! (Kudos to Jesus Culture for this amazing song). OUR MISTAKES DOES NOT MATTER!! OUR SINS DOES NOT MATTER TO GOD!! DECLARE NOW WITH FULL CONVICTION: GOD LOVES ME! GOD REALLY LOVES ME!! AMEN!!!

FOUR: The most important part of you will always be what's inside.
God deliberately created us the way we are. He did not only create our hair, arms legs and our entire entire body but God also CREATED OUR ENTIRE BEING. More important than our outer, physical appearance; God must have spent an enormous amount of time and attention to Our CHARACTER, our soul, and our INNERMOST BEING. Just like the way most important part of the computer is not the monitor, where we focus most of our eyes and attention, the most important of the computer is the CPU, the most important part of the computer is the CPU(Central Processing Unit), a computer is useless without the CPU. When a man desires to have a girlfriend or a life mate, You do not love a girl because she has lovely eyes, you should go deeper to the soul. A man(not boy) does not only look at the hair, the curves, the eyes or the face, he should and more importantly place more emphasis on the girls BMH (boobs, mata, hawak-curves). Hehehe. Just kidding! But seriously BMH is, Body, Mind, and Heart. Admittedly, what initially, attracted me to my wife was her cuteness. She was petite and cute, and she had lovely long hair. Then I fell in love with her mind. She was and is good in Math (which I suck at); Third, is her heart. She has the most beautiful heart I have ever behold. This is the biggest and final clue, which led me to say “She is the one.” The love of my life” What led me to court her three times. Before she finally break, and said “I give up, I have no more excuses left.” Hehehe. NO, Before she finally and exclusively gave her heart to me and said “I love you.”
To sum up, I fell truly, madly deeply fell in love, because of her HEART OR character. And character is what you are on the inside. Reputation, is what people think you are. This is how God focused more time on to create us. Bo Sanchez said strength of character may be learned at work but true character is learned at birth and at home. How your parents raised and how you reacted to their parenting creates your character. And you lived your life until now creates your character. Its being created, molded, edited until now, specially on how you reacts to the sharpening, molding, trials, problems that are facing you. DECLARE: GOD IS HOLDING ME NOW. GOD IS CONTINUING TO MOLD MY CHARACTER AND I ACCEPT GOD’S GUIDANCE, HIS INSTRUCTIONS. GOD IS MAKING ME INTO THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF. GOD IS MAKING ME INTO GOLD. GOD IS MAKING ME INTO A DIAMOND.VERY BEAUTIFUL AND VERY TOUGH.

AND FIVE: On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark. No matter what the condition, you must continue to write.”
GOOD OR BAD, ITS YOUR CHOICE. You may try to hide yourself from the world form your work, from your friends. But no matter what you do, you will always leave a mark in this world. Whether you leave a good mark or a bad mark, the choice is up to you. From now on, you know that Your choices, your decisions, your character will leave a mark on this world. If you have to leave a mark no matter what, might as well choose to leave a good mark. DECLARE: I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE. IWILL CONTINUE LEAVE MY MARK TO BETTER MYSELF, FOR THE GOOD OF MY FAMILY, AND FOR THE GOOD OF OTHERS. STARTING TODAY AND TOMORROW GUIDED BY GOD’S HANDS AND INSTRUCTIONS I WILL LEAVE GOOD MARKS UNTO THE WORLD. FOR NOW AND TILL THE END OF MY LIFE I WILL LET GOD HOLD ME AND MY LIFE FOREVER AND EVER. IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS. AMEN
This is Bo Sanchez’s reflection on the same parable . He titled the Fifth Instruction as Power. Here it goes:
A pencil left by itself cannot fulfill its purpose. Because its power doesn’t come from itself but from the hand that holds it. For the pencil to make its mark in the world, it needs to allow someone’s hand to hold it.
In the same way, you need to allow God’s hand to hold you so you can fulfill your sacred purpose.
Are you allowing God’s hand to hold you, direct you, and use you now?
