In my country the above will be enforced. More than 3000 farmers had been murdered and tortured because of the colour of their skin. South Africa has beautiful, productive farms. Farmed by those who love their land. They employ thousands of people. When one farmer is killed, many families are misplaced. The majority of my country's citizens believes that they and only they deserve to live here. It is now 24 years post apartheid and our country has fallen to the level of junk status.
All this happened in the countries up North when they received freedom from Colonization. Land-grab bingo happened in Zimbabwe on an enormous scale. Farm workers lost their homes, their livelihood. Some were born on these farms. Zimbabwe was called the breadbasket of Africa, but when the farms were stolen, the country was in a financial crisis. More can be read in the book written by Peter Stiff: 'Cry Zimbabwe'. The irony is that years after the farmers were chased off their land, the government asked them to return. This didn't happen, because Kenya's leaders were wise and invited them to farm there. These farms are already established and there is no way they could be lured back. Kenya, in the mean time, has enough food for their citizens now and their exports have grown tremendously.
The reason countries collapse when the farmers go is that those farmers can't be replaced by someone who is totally oblivious of what is needed to be a successful farmer. What happened though, was that these land-grabbers stayed until everything was spent, destroying houses, by taking whatever they could and returned to the cities!
I have researched the expertise a farmer needs to be successful and wrote a paragraph about it.
Knowledge of farm practices = the key to successful farming. What is this knowledge then required? Know a great deal about his ( the farmer) land and the the products he intends raising. Every plant and animal is a complicated organism. Knowledge of diseases is paramount to good farming. Practical grazing areas, such as avoiding over using of these areas. Knowledge of the characteristics of cattle's breeding habits and of tree growth, grafting, pruning and fertilizing. He needs a good business sense. Knowledge of the influence of rain, drought, mold and pests. Many farmers have huge debts they have to settle. Love for his land and animals.
Much will be achieved by killing farmers, grabbing land. The lack of jobs, wasted land, expensive imports that this country can't afford, the dropping of our currency, a bigger divide amongst ethnic groups.

My wife's grandparents were in Zimbabwe when this happened. They literally lost everything and the farm that they used to own is now non existing. Very scary situation.
People do too much shit for money. We have to think more moral than money.
Stealing a Farm, or Tools, Visiting a University, does not make you a Farmer, Mechanic, or a Doctor!
