We often hear more people telling us in a reflexive way that we stay away from toxic people, since they do not add to our life, rather they do not subtract it. They are pessimistic, self-centered, envious, unhappy, adopt a role of victim, among others.
You have put yourself to think that we are ourselves who adopt all those feelings in certain moments of our daily life, perhaps the frequency changes; some of us adopt it in specific moments and others of us very often.
I have considered myself a very toxic person for a long time, I heard how the advice ranged from "get away little by little those people" to "never change, leave them".
I thought, how come I got to this?
I decided to start with small changes, to prove to myself that I was going to achieve a change so good that nobody would recognize me, and it was.
What is the origin of a "toxic" person?
One of the main causes of a person being toxic to others and to herself, is self-esteem, if we have a very low self-esteem: there is something that is failing "a nut is unsettled".
There is an area in our life that is failing; and we compensate it with emotions and feelings in a negative way.
Do "toxic" people change?
Quite the opposite of those who say "NO", of course it is possible; give yourself an evaluation, in what area of your life do you feel incomplete, what do you lack to be happy, to love yourself?
You are extraordinary, just "adjust that nut"; Get out of your comfort zone.
Demonstrate to yourself!. That you are valuable and can change your thoughts, feelings and have more positive actions.
There is no one like you.
This is the perspective of a "toxic" person who seeks change.
