PRE-WEDDING SKIN CARE TIPS

1. Cleansing: Cleanse your skin regularly to get rid of all the dirt. Dip cotton balls in raw milk and massage the soaked ball gently on to your skin regularly to chuck out impurities.

2. Exfoliation: Exfoliation twice a week helps to remove dead cells and makes the skin softer and smoother. Mix coffee powder, sugar and olive oil and massage the mixture on your face for twelve minutes.
   For a body scrub, mash strawberries and grind two tablespoons of oats and mix both. Add lime juice and water. Rub the mixture gently on your arms and legs for ten minutes.

3. Moisturising: Make sure you moisturise your skin regularly for a radiant skin. Take some aloe Vera leaves and grind the leaves to make a paste. Add a few drops of coconut oil to the paste. Moisturise your skin with the mixture in the morning and before sleeping. Both the ingredients effectively hydrate and nourish your skin.

4. Regular Face Packs: For a glowing skin, apply face packs regularly. For dry skin, mix Fuller's Clay with milk and a pinch of turmeric. Apply this paste on the face and let it stay for ten minutes. For oily skin, substitute milk with rose-water.

5 .Facial Treatment: It’s essential to take a facial treatment once a week to get a radiant and luminous skin. For a facial treatment at home, first cleanse and exfoliate your skin.
