The word "understand" has been manipulated to not mean or stand for the same thing as comprehension.

It now means "to stand under" under rules and laws and policies that do not have our best interest at heart.

The truth of the matter is far deeper. And less seeable, but for ones with eyes and ears, will see and will hear.
