ok, I got the real problem : you have lost your tooth because the latvia doctor don't did a better work. It's happen, ok, unlucky or bad destiny. Usually my doctor inform me about the possibility of recover and percentage of success, anyway recovery is always attempted. I undestand that your problem is money because you had repeat many times "money" on your post.

Jesus how old are you to have so many strokes and hear attacks? Yes the operation is scheduled for 3 pm to remove the tooth! And It might seem dramatic to you, but I’ve had issues with my teeth all my life. It’s pretty big deal to me. I have maybe few real teeth left the rest are dead , and artificial teeth implants are great but they cost a lot of money here, so it’s not like it’s free and affordable.
Girl. I feel your pain. Aad I know it is a very expensive surgery ... at the end you must do it. You say yes or you say no. You must do it.
I know how you think. I am not joking. I do not judge on your income is it hi or low. I care about your health... even if you have dead teeths ... but they are dead no pain

For me... i lost more than 300000 Usd in stock market and forex while my nick name was the genuiose...clever guy.... and i become the donkey man ... my family left me... divorced by force from my wife... i live in another country... i can not see my kids.... and i am now just trying to survive as a real poor clever guy.... to return back my loss and my family back to normsl life.
So please forgive me for sharing you my pain .. my age is 48 years now and i must return strong...

nothing attacks or strokes,on my life I "lost" or better "invest" lot of money on my mouth but now I eating fine ;-) I removed 4 teeth and changed 8 of them.. if the doctor is good you remove them without problem dont' worry, be happy and Invest on them HAPPY! :)
