Hey @red-rose ! That's a nice question to ask ourselves. What I feel is it's okay to be selfish sometimes for your own good ,since we are only human . But it won't kill a person to be selfless .its gonna spread a positive vibe around and a sense of appreciation . It feels good to be selfless as it gives us an inner satisfaction of doing something good .trust me world won't a better place if everyone was selfish . And , I totally believe in karma , so I feel I'm selfless most of the time and selfish when required .. stay blessed and spread the love . You have my vote .

good way of thinking is workout with the team to build selfless team of people to spread this strategy in life, then the poverty will be dead.
when i am not selfish, i will help poor people, then one or two of these poor will help another group, and from this group at least another 1 or 2 will help others and so on... so the net will expant like the pyramid affiliate, then by this after few years your block of people will be out from poverty and your life will be happier
i have tried this and yes the life will be more lovely
I totally agree with you .. we need to start it ourselves ..need to spread the love .. and the positivity spreads out forming a chain reaction ..and yes gotta start from somewhere ..and combined effort our selflessness will result in a better world..we do good and that good deed will benefit us in some other form .that's that cycle of life.
