You speak wisdom fellow steemian and i plan to do just what you are preaching as soon as i pay my debt and manage to save an amount that will make me feel comfortable quitting my job. I wish i could do it today, but i have to be realistic and prepare before taking the dive.

P.S. What do you think about investing in silver? I personally think that instead of saving in fiat currency that could become worthless, one should consider precious metals, especially silver who in my opinion is extremely undervalued now.
