Wonderful article! I am constantly fixing cars and things around houses like the furnace or whatnot, almost always for free. When I do this, my exact thoughts are that I am investing in my future, gaining great knowledge and experience. People laugh at me, and always say silly things like I need a regular job. I don't get why people these days measure success by how many crappy jobs one can hold at one time! Very few get what I am trying to do..
