Your right @papa-pepper ,greed and selfishness is the major reason for the underdevelopment in my country, Nigeria. Our do called leaders don't care about their people all they want is money from oil, because oil is pays well they abandoned other sector in the economy and channel all the resources to the oil sector so they can enrich themself.
