• The senior management's commitment to change for the better.
Methodology of change
The methodology of change required should be based on:
• The participation of workers in changing their workplaces and communities by creating a collective sense of the desire to change, exchange the necessary information, assess the participation of individuals and achieve the desired results.
• The use of a systematic approach to change depends on who knows who will be affected and who will benefit from the change because change will not happen in an isolated area, but we must seek to change in the interest of all and will happen only with the cooperation of all.
• Maintaining the successes achieved while continuing to improve continuously, which is the change for the best continuously
