Great article. I generally avoid caffeine after 5 pm. Though it works as a great pre-workout. Which is better, Black coffee or something like cappuccino, which generally includes a lot of milk??

Thanks! I usually only drink caffeine as my pre-workout or sometimes when I'm heading into work as a pick me up to make it through my shift.
