 Have you seen the "Angry Bird" movie? Although it is a movie of children, but in this we have been taught a lot for the elderly. The  main character in this movie was very angry, and for this reason, he  stayed away from the habitat of birds and built a house on the shores of  the sea. And when he learns to control his anger he becomes a hero of the township. In the movie, it is mainly learned that anger is not a solution for anything. So let's see 

 Anger does not solve anything 

 It is true that anger is a natural and normal feeling and it is one of the basic emotions of the person. This person has a physiological response. If  you say that there is a feeling of anger and grief like an angry  person, it will not be wrong, but sometimes someone's anger increases to  such an extent that it starts affecting the lives of others and the  happiness of others. Many  people are also angry, but they are not ready to believe that they are  angry, whereas the truth is that when they get annoyed, they get out of  control. In this way, those who love them start hurting. Only a few of us are like this who are ready to believe that their temper is angry. Today I will talk to you about the signs of recognizing your anger and how to deal with them. 

 Signs of Anger -

Life is not just the name of happiness, it also brings troubles with happiness - it keeps moving. In  such a situation, there is no sense in turning a blind eye to difficult  situations, but it is wise to save your relationships with the flame of  your anger. So there are some clean sings of anger that show that we are angry like -

• lack of patience
• to abuse
• degrade the front
• irritation
• blaming others for everything
• Stop working or retreat when you get angry
• Trying to avoid the logo
• Wife children and relatives afraid to talk to you 

 You can think of it as one of the common symptoms. But apart from all this there may be lots of anger sings. There  may be such symptoms in our surroundings, friends, relatives or even  myself, but they should not have any kind of embarrassment but should  find solutions to this problem. So, if you feel angry, then you have to take the initiative yourself. Now the question arises, how to overcome your anger is the following: 

 Some easy ways to control anger 

 Most  people hide their anger from friends, relatives, but their anger turns  out to be the behavior of these people with their loved ones. You can see the anger of these people when such people are angry with them whom they love. If you are such an angry person then by adopting some simple measures,  you can make your relationship beautiful by disappearing in anger.

Numbered 10 up to 10 -

When you feel that you are angry, you should first calm down rather than react and breathe deeply. This  will help you control anger and the one thing that I am going to say to  you, maybe you should be childish and that is counting number 10. This will give you some time to think - to understand. 

 Take a break -

If  you become uncontrolled in anger then it is most necessary in such  circumstances when you feel that anger is coming too much then you are  not involved in any debate because you may lose your temper, because you  may lose your temper. It would be better that you get out of that place / take a small break / drink cold water and take a walk. In this way, when you and the other person become calm, you can start your discussion again.

Identify the Rage of Anger

The most important thing to deal with anger is to find out what circumstances have given rise to anger. Understand the circumstances and the causes and remove the problems that arise.

Exercise will calm down -

Try to reduce your level of anger with exercise and relaxation. Some exercises like swimming, morning walk and yoga can be controlled by anger. In  the fresh air of morning, staying with nature for some time, taking  deep meditation will also ease the mind and will be very beneficial in  controlling anger. Therefore, incorporate meditation and yoga in your daily life. 

 Sleep well -

Sometimes  due to work load, we can not sleep properly, due to which headaches,  tension and irritation begin to occur, and we shout at outsiders -  screams. So you get 7 hours from your busy routine to sleep because the 7 to 8 hours sleep is essential for good health.

An angry temperament revolves around all human beings. So do not press your anger, but recognize the causes of your anger and try to get rid of anger. Once you try, then you yourself will feel that the relationship becomes so beautiful due to the disappearance of anger.
