Thank you @chuazm for a great post on journaling. Been trying to get into the daily habit myself. Even if it is only jogging down a few short sentences. The best bennefit for me is mindfullness.

I hope it helps you as much as it's helped me! I've been trying all sorts of things to start this journey of self-improvement I've put myself on for the past couple years but nothing has really worked. It was only after I started journaling that I manage to learn about myself better and keep myself more accountable that all the other tactics work, which is why I wanted to write about Journaling first.
