Very nice written, thank you for sharing in a such an important topic! Most of us are trying to make ourselves happy and it is not an easy task, in bottom line I would say it is very simple but certainly not easy. Thank you for sharing the tip about how to deal with not being so harsh on yourself, this is so common poison we put to ourselves. Another tip I use for practicing mindfulness is to put alarm on your phone some random hours throughout the day. Mine says "Stop, and look around". You can write whatever you think works best for you.
