I like your recipe, However people believe juicing is healthy and that is not the case. When you blend fruits and veggies together you get juice. Juice is a huge dump on your insulin as it goes straight to the blood system. It's comparable to spoonfuls of sugar.

I do agree that if you are putting in just fruits then you may get a sugar bomb but If you are sticking with the 80/20 rule and drinking the juice with some sort of food in your stomach you will benfit
