Emotional Intelligence (think wide)

Hello steemian's good day. It's another chapter has open to conquer more learnings and knowledge that our live must need it. Today lets expand again our learning about one most factor of Intelligence. We all know the word "Intelligence" it refers to a mental aptitude that involves the abilities of reasoning anticipation with solving problem abstract thinking understanding ideas rapid thinking and gaining from experiences. There are actually 3 types of intelligence that we have learned in our studies which is the rationale intelligence, emotional intelligence and crystallized intelligence. But let us more focus on emotional intelligence and how emotional intelligence played significant rules in every aspect of our lives.

Emotional intelligence

Another form of intelligence lies at our emotions. Emotional intelligence involves our ability to read others emotions, respond to them appropriately, motivate ourselves be aware of our own emotions and regulate our own emotional responses. The leading exponent of emotional intelligence believe that adaptive advantage of emotional skills are important in meeting the challenges of everyday life. Emotionally intelligent people have developed the capacity to form more emotional bonds with others, enjoy greater success with their careers, regulate more of their own behaviour, provide for greater flexibility and work harder to accomplish their goals.

Emotional intelligence refers to our ability to recognize the meaning of emotions and their relationship, to reason, and problem solve on the basis of them. It accounts for our ability to perceive emotions and use them wisely. In addition emotional intelligence deals with our ability to understand people emotions and develop a deep sensitivity to emotional undercurrents that lie behind many social interactions.

The ability to recognize an emotions account for knowing an emotion when it really happens. People with high emotional intelligence easily recognize what they are feeling when they are feeling it. Awareness of the existence of an emotion is the first requirement to acquire emotional intelligence. The ability to handle interpretation means that people with high emotional intelligence can create and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. That is they use their ability to deal people in an effective way.

The ability to use emotions to motivate oneself something to do with motivation it means that for them to remain focused, they must control or monitor their emotions. The ability to recognize emotions in others concern with peoples capacity to be aware of and read other people's emotions. If they are capable of reading others emotion they become sensitive and empathetic. The ability to manage one's emotions refers to the use regulation of their emotions in order to deal with problems effectively. When people are under stress or hang dog feelings they me not be able to think well.

It is very important that we manage our own emotions in order to deal with problems in effective manner. But first of all we should learn how to understand our own feelings so that we can develop positive attitude.

Do not wait for things to happen. We are the ones creating our own experiences for nothings happen by chance. In this life we do not have to watch how time passes by or how the birds fly in the southern sky. In the hindsight time is so fast that if we do not do something for our own personal and professional development nothing worthwhile will happen to us.

Do not fight to get things. When we want to get things done there are times we are constrained by both time and space. We are also constrained by our immediate capacity to get things done.

Take our time. Time is very important commodity. It is needed in all our endeavor. Without it we cannot accomplish our objectives. Time is so powerful that allow us for active involvement in worthwhile activities.

Learn to let go. We must learn to get the whole work problem over as soon as possible we find it difficult if we are so attached to something. When we get hurt with it we must learn to face it with an open heart and with a positive attitude. In fact we do not have to dwell over vains wishes.

Accept ourselves us who we are. We are what we are. If we are not what we are then something is wrong. We must accept our self as we capitalize on our weaknesses in order to develop our strength. In the same way we must accept life foibles as well as it's ups and downs. Even in our lowest ebbs, we accept that life is replete with challenges for without them life would not have been so wonderful.

Be nice to ourselves. We are not a perfect person we commit mistakes like others do. We have our shortcomings and deficiencies. We are not perfect but we are unique enough to show the world that we can be what we dream to become. We are not perfect but we know how to embrace the challenges of change. We are not perfect but we are not absurd to commit the same mistakes over and over.

Be pragmatic. We have the chance to dream however we must come down to earth and realistic. Being pragmatic is one of the requirements for a successful life. Being pragmatic means being concerned with practical and realistic result by analyzing event that took place in the past in order to learn something from our experiences.

Treat all our problem as opportunities. Problems are spices of life. Life will never be as good as it may seems without problems of any sort. In this case we must treat problems as opportunities in disguise for every challenge that a problem brings forth there is always learning experience. When we see things in the dark we do not have to be afraid. When the journey along the tunnel is long and dark remember that we shall always see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Avoid worries. We do not need to rush everything. When things go wrong let us try again and things will be alright. Trust our sensitivity and our capacity to regain our inner strength. Let us avoid worries and those that can worries.

Stop comparing ourselves with others. There are times we are not as good as others when our best is not good enough. If this is so we need not to worry for time will come that we can be as good as others. With our strong resolved to overcome. We do not have to compare ourselves with others for such comparison may develop negative feelings.

Just think about this very significant intelligence that we have. All of us, all our endeavors requires to think about it. The ability to think is a requirement not only for our survival but for a meaningful life. If we are aware and we possess the ability to think about ourselves, we learned a lot of things that help us to get through challenges.
