This is a little lifehack i want to share with you. Somestimes you just lie in your bed without getting tired. I found out about a little trick maybe it sounds "weird" but it works for me.
You just need to say to yourself "You are becoming tired now" loud.
When I say this sentence out loud, I yawn so often and get tired. I cant tell you why this works for me but it does.
I would like to hear your experiences in the comment section or maybe an explanation why this works.
