thanks for this post .. i also feel the same in corporate field sometimes the situation explained here matches to one i faced last month .. my superior cancelled my leave at last moment and at that moment i really got angry and i was about to speak wrong to him but i controlled myself somehow .. what you mentioned above is really true sometimes we should let other win.
