Who does not want to be happy? I think - nobody will say that I do not want to be. But being happy is not so easy ! Despite having many ways to be happy, I have presented some science-based ways, which can be the keys to happiness.
- Exercise at least 15 minutes daily.
(Study shows ,due to exercise one kind of chemical reduced from the body named endorphins, which causes a positive feeling of body.) - Sleep at least 6-8 hours a day.
(Enough sleep is important for productivity and happiness.) - Spend time with your friends and family.

(Good sibling relationships looks especially powerful.) - Go to outdoor at the office work time at least 20 minutes after lunch, which can fit you enough.
(In fact, participants were found to be happier outdoors in all natural environments than they were in urban or official environments.) - Collaborate with other people for good work, you can enjoy unbelievable happiness that will make you happier.
- Spend some money to give some gifts to others (such as food, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, pen, watches etc.).
Spending money for other people, called "social spending," also boosts your happiness. - Make a habit to smile.
(Smiling is one way to reduce the distress that can improve on your attention and help you to perform better on cognitive tasks.) - Plan a trip on your holiday with friends and family.
(Study shows the effect of vacation accession boosted happiness for eight weeks or more.) - Watching your favorite movie actually raised your endorphin levels by 27 %.
