I took some time off during the Christmas, will be back in new Year - but came here just for a moment to:

Below few shots from my short Christmas trip to norwegian "hytte" - wooden cabin in Kvikne village, 125 km from Trondheim.

Winter on the coast is very mild right now, with rain drops and temp above zero - all the snow disapeared...
But thanks to that trip - We saw very nice winter landscapes and also visited Rorøs - my beloved mining village.

It was my 6th maybe 7th visit but my parents were there for the first time and they loved it!

Every night I took a long hike to nearby forests, looking for the northern lights and some winter moods - unfortunatelly the sky was cloudy, there was very little aurora colours on the far horizon but nothing more...

But I got this shot, which shows the mood of the winter night in that area :).
