It has been fun and easier to cook compare to last time; where I need to buy a recipe book or seek for expert consultation.
Recently I have watched a few youtube recipe on how to roast a beef and I have improvised it; my style my version... lolx.
To marinate the beef is simply with pepper, salt or some Italian herb shall do. The texture and taste of the beef is very much depending on how you tie the beef. It got to be strongly tied before going into the Oven.
Next ... your desire vegetables!
Roasted Beef out from Oven, sliced it ...
This is tasty as it is but we preferred with gravy and sauce. So pour all the vegetables & sliced beef, cook with chicken stock until it dry.

Oh... Need to tie very tight? Tighter more tender and juicier?
Yeah.. Hope my theory is right.. Lol
test a few more times lah... with different tightness... or ask Chef John lah
