Most people often confuse concentration as prayer, and practice it in difficult situations.
In my case when I usually concentrate on something I want to do as some job that I have to deliver or something that came out unexpectedly, I always have good results.
I practice breathing exercises when I am in stress situations, or moments of discomfort, and that helps me a lot. Greetings.

Meditation for another way is to simple, it is just breathing and you can dominate every situation,
No matter is the situation is difficult, you can dominate your body and mind...!!
