This is the feeling I usually had as a kid,every monday i went to school.
Thinking about Friday and possibly the weekend on the first day of the week for some reason used to make the week even longer.
The best way to avoid it is to think about the beautiful things you did the previous weekend and concentrate on the work to be done for the week.
Later in life did i realize the best way to avoid it is to think and plan about the beautiful things you are going to do the next weekend.
Thinking positively about the weekend to come is better way of avoiding the Monday blues
