It's so typical you are writing about food and sleep, because just yesterday did I start a new sort of diet which is 100% vegetables, no wheat and no sugars. I also need to avoid lactose so no yoghurts for me like in your list.
And I do this in large part because I also have sleep problems! I hope to see some results this coming week!

Wow this is great! You started and shortly after I wrote a post about it. Let me know if you got any results! Would love to know if you can sleep better if you eat a certain food!

My first two nights have been great so far! I am thinking my stomach cannot handle fats or sugars as well (maybe candida). So for the first time in months I have enough energy to do things finally! Pretty excited, although I am craaaaaaving sugars... Also my BMI is too low, I kind of don't want to drop the sugars and fats in fear of becoming too skinny!
