Maintaining a healthy weight is easy, go vegan. But one must consume healthy vegan foods and not over eat. Really, if one does not ingest junk food, meet and dairy, then its not possible to become over weight. A vegan diet is recommended by leading doctors not only for this, but also for many other health benefits. Also make sure to keep active. I stretch for at least a few hours a day along with walks in nature. I've never been over weight. I'm 5.11" and 70kg, and have been this most of my adult life. People with weight issues are mostly just lazy, weak minded individuals who have thus developed unhealthy lifestyle habits.
