RE: ๐Ÿ’Š A Steemit Addiction May Be as Hard to Kick as Drugs ๐Ÿ’‰

I hear you man. Social networks are addictive anyway and then... add a little gambling and gamification. That's really what this is in a way, a game based on gambling - laying bets and reaping rewards... which looks like a social network.
I love it... but that's what it seems like to me.

Yes, but addiction exists only with 'issues' in the brain. :) Check out emofree.com for getting rid of emotional baggage. Once the issues being satiated by the addiction is gone, the addiction (unless it's physical drug addiction) goes away. :)

That is a great piece of information!!!!

A good clarification of thoughts!

Thanks. It's going to get crazy when they start adding sub-games though. Imagine the games on Facebook developed into Steemit where people can earn real money for winning. Forget tokens... that would be crazy addictive.

Wow, I did not even think about that! Sub-games, especially if you go to Asian country's where sub games are added in almost every major social media app. Triggering you to play with your friends "all day long" spending tokens to get to the next level! Wow, don't pay for playing or extra content, get payed for playing! The world is going upside down crazy!

I know. Whole generations will be lost in the Steemtrix <-- I just coined that for all time by the way.

its true social networks are addictive but i think that steemit is more than that

This feels better then when I was addicted to Facebook and Twitter and Instagram
