Plan is needed. You cannot feature in a future that you cannot picture. You have to dream it, visualize it, then take steps towards it; planning. Sadly, most people stop at dreaming it. If people don't call your dream crazy, then it is not big enough but then, dream it, visualize it, then plan it.
