Thank you for bringing this to the light. I hate when people get on me about eating bread, brown rice, or beans and think I'm taking in too many carbs. It is not just about the type of food you eat but also how many calories your intaking and how much energy your expending.

I dont know how it became so mainstream for everyone to think that a few pieces of bread is some crazy amount of carbs!
