RE: The Black Death

It is a sweet ride and on the center post where the handle bars are, it's written "long sweet ride"...that says it all, LOL

Quality customer service is so rare it's like a unicorn sighting. Had a chat with the manager about that. I remember the days of being in such roles, too long ago, where if I did not put the customer first and bring my full game to the job, I'd have been fired. Now it's the opposite, where I find most corporations I deal with treat you as if you are a criminal, assume you are lying about whatever legitimate complaint it is, and on and on. Caught my telecom company that way last year and they had to fork over the credits for their mistakes. Horrible for everyone these days for the most part.

Long sweet ride, that is awesome. I like it!

Yep, bbig companies, small companies, they have all gone to pot and think the customer is a pain in the arse at best

I noticed it after I bought the bike, probably was too engrossed in getting everything done, not forgetting things, to notice such a detail. 🤪

Yeah most companies have that mindset, regardless of size. I've found it to be very helpful in motivating me to stop buying anything I don't have to.

Exactly, dont buy shit from bastards!

There's a motto to live by!

I try to live it every day, LOL!
