We are clearly not designed to eat meat. We have a long digestive track, no sharp incisors, and no pointed canine teeth. We can absolutely survive without meat and get plenty of nutrients just as gorillas do. People just want to create whatever reason they can to justify their destructive meat eating habits, but as you've pointed out, there is no real reason for it. In fact, there are many reasons against it if people are actually willing to simply pay attention to them.
What floors me the most are all the pet owners and pet lovers that would never think of eating their own animals but are more then willing to eat other animals on regular basis. What ridiculous duplicity from people that claim to love animals. It must be some very serious cognitive dissonance that keeps them from realizing this. Breaking people out of this state of denial often seems almost impossible to do.
Here's a really funny candid camera clip that totally exposes this duplicity:
You nailed it here! And the pets as well, a pig is as intelligent and emotional as any dog, and I bet they would not force their dogs to lay still giving birth to batch after batch, until paralyzes sets in. Then beat the dog until it moves or dies.....
The baby pigs even die in front of the mother and is left to rot right there in many cases...sick... :((
Thanks a lot for the input, gorillas are a prime example of a human like, muscular creature that does not need any meat!
Peace & veganism :)
