Did you know that happier people are said to be more than 30% more productive? How?
In order to become happier and live more positively one should commit to the following actions:
- Recall at least three things each day you’re grateful for
- Write down one great personal experience you recently had
- Physical and mental exercise
- Meditate and self-reflect
- Give back and perform a random acts of kindness
Do these things and I can assure you that you will be happier thereafter, but it is you who was to want it.
