Thank you for sharing this article @edgarare1. I have tried meditation only once in my life and it seems to be really interesting activity. The advantages are obvious and I think it is slowly becoming necessary in today's world. We need to cope with stress every day, and I see from autopsy that it may have disruptive impact on our life. Maybe if I meditated more often, my health would be better :)

I agree with you and we should meditate everyday for a better and healthy life, I know it is a little difficult at the beginning, but we can try it and improve every day..!!!
