I love Walle and Eva the most, they are so adorable and cute, especially Walle :D :D But I like your other favorites as well :) The ones that I also like very much are the robots in Real Steel and Pacific Rim (well, they aren't the "real" robots, but they still look pretty cool and amazing). :D :D
