preheat oven to 325
butter the bottom and sides of a pie dish
then put a layer of frozen chopped spinach then top with mozzarella
beat 5 eggs with salt and pepper
mix in 3/4 of heavy cream
dump egg mixture on top
put in oven for 30 mins
put jalapenos on top cook for 5 mins
let cool for a little...then enjoy!!!
I swich the spinach and mozzarella sometimes with broccoli and cheddar...🤗
