I agree with this list. My unhappiness tends to come from my own mind. For some reason, I just have sad/depressing/negative thoughts going around in my head.
I found that when I go running/power walking, my mind gets cleared. While exercising, I listen to motivational speakers to get positive thoughts running in my head.
Also trying new things helps me slowly get rid of any anxiety that I have. You never know what things could bring joy to your life if you never give it a try.
I feel like unhappiness can be cured by changing your mindset to be full of happy thoughts. I have to make exercise a habit because happiness is an ongoing process. Anything could bring someone to be unhappy. It's up to that person to control /handle what happens inside.
