Pumpkin cake(a complete delight)

For those who love the taste of pumpkin (pumpkin, auyama or whatever they call it in your country) I bring you this very good and very tasty pumpkin pie recipe, it combines all the properties and that very characteristic flavor of the pumpkin with the spongy and sweet of a cake, without a doubt it is a very good combination that has as a finished a very good cake, it is good to eat it in any occasion and for sure that if you do it and you offer it to any of your acquaintances, you will look As the pastry chef herself, write down the ingredients well so that you never forget them:

Ingredients:
-310 grams of pumpkin puree (if you make the puree yourself, remember that it is best to do it with a ripe pumpkin)
-300 grams of flour
-250 ml of liquid milk
-280 grams of Butter (at room temperature)
-4 eggs
-300 grams of sugar
-1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon of baking powder (18 grams)

So that you have to decorate it, here is an easy bitcoin recipe:

Bitumen
-95 grams of cream cheese
-5 tablespoons of butter, softened
-1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar
-3 teaspoons of milk
-1 cup of minced castilla walnut

Procedure: -Reheat the oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F) and grease a baking pan as you like (if you want to make two cakes or only one with this recipe)
-Bake the white sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Add the eggs one by one and mix well and then add the puree and mix everything very well.
-Apart, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add these powders to the bowl with the pumpkin puree and beat until well incorporated and have a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Pour the dough into the greased mold.
-Horns until the stick test passes which consists of introducing a chopstick (after the first 20 minutes of baking) in the center of the dough and if it comes out clean it means that the cake is ready and if it comes dirty from dough it is that still lack cooking (even if it is the minimum crumb that comes out you should continue cooking and be aware), until the cake is ready and take it out and let it cool in its mold for 15 minutes and then des molded to a plate and let that is finished cooling completely
-While, beat the cream cheese with the butter and vanilla until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add the icing sugar little by little and mix well. Add the milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, and continue beating until you reach the desired spreadable consistency.
Embed the cold cake and sprinkle with walnut, and go!
