Ingredients:
-1 liter of liquid milk
-300 grams of Sugar
-2 tablespoons of Vanilla Essence
-2 tablespoons of Mantecado Essence
-4 1/2 tablespoons of unflavored Gelatin
Procedure: Milk is heated a little and a cup is separated and in the milk cup dissolves the unflavored gelatine (mixes very well so that it sets uniformly) and let it rest for 10 minutes then the remaining milk is added the two essences and sugar and mix very, very well until the sugar is diluted (it is very important that you verify that the sugar is diluted) and after being a little warm add the milk with gelatin and curd and mix very well to dilute the gelatin in all the milk, after that add all your mixture in your container or gelatin mold (already with all your mixture at a not too hot temperature) store your gelatin in your fridge refrigerating for 4 to 6 hours or until it set very good and ready!
Already with this jelly you can make as many as you want of several colors and add them one on top of another when they are curdling one time, I hope you enjoy it a lot and share it!
