one might even say "dirt cheap".... pun intended... hahahaha.. sorry i couldn't resist. it is great to be able to find places that will lease you their land at such a great rate. sadly here where i live land is at a premium. leasing an unimproved acre of land for gardening can run 200-300 a month... definitely not cheap.
