Thank you for this wonderful post sir.
Blaming oneself for having intrusive thought will only breed more guilt, self pity and depression. Embracing these thought and owning them give you control over them and gradually you find it easier to discard them because they don't control you. For example, The fact that you're always thinking about the opposite sex doesn't make you bad or corrupt as a youth.. Coz its normal to have such feelings.
So embracing and owning that thought gives you control over the actions that follow rather than feeling bad and guilty about something that's just normal.
Also the immediate environment plays a significant role too... Too much pessimism slowly Sows seeds of negativity in Young Minds.
