:) I am learning to listen to more of my inner voice lately, but I must admit that it is not always easy :) usually voice of my brain is too loud for that, with always million thoughts and ideas :) :) :) but one thing that definitely helps a lot is to find time for stillness, time offline, time alone, time with nature, and get back into your body, tune into it through sports and movement and just start paying more attention to how our body feels :)
