How to help your subconscious mind using mental visualization?

Your subconscious mind is a mechanism that seeks to achieve goals. The only way to work for you is to set a target for it. You should clearly see through your subconscious mind exactly what you want to accomplish before it starts to work. In particular, his creative energy will make him perform his tasks better than your conscious mind can do with strong will.

So instead of trying to achieve your goals with iron will and will power, simply turn all things into your subconscious mind and then relax and stop worrying. Just imagine what you want to achieve and leave the creative power of your subconscious mind the opportunity to do what you want.

But this does not mean that you are exempt from work and effort, which I will discuss in detail later when I explain how you can combine imagination and initial work and how you will lead directly to your goal without making any efforts useless.

I too strongly feel subconscious mind is powerful. Thanks for sharing.

Exactly first we should set a target for any work, with conscious mind we can't get good results. With relaxed mind we can achieve any target without any iron will and will power.

Thanks fro this post @michaelmorcos! I had been doing a little snooping on the power of the subconscious mind and this was jut what I needed to hear today. I had been a little sad about my level of productivity but this just gave me encouragement.

@michaelmorcos I agree that you can complete your tasks with a better result if you have a relaxed mind. But what you are describing is not that easy, it is very difficult, and maybe even impossible to acces the subconscious mind. The way to achieve a relaxed mind when you have to complete a task, is to train hard, so that what you are doing becomes a subconscious reflex.. Gaining experience are the keywords if you are aiming at a relaxed midset!
Just my thoughts, thanks for a great post!

Working towards one goal every day, atleast small amounts of work. more importantly every day. That will empower subconcious mind to give you strength. There's a japanese concept of "kaisen" where you would work towards one goal each day with increasing intensity each day. Cheers

interesting! I will have a look at part 1 too ;)

thnx hope you find it useful :)
