great post.
i find that planing things out helps with laziness because if you have a planing for your day there is not much space for thoughts like "what do i do now ?" which i think that's how laziness kicks in.
Also the 5 seconds rule, helps a lot if you want to do something don't overthink it start doing it within the next 5 seconds :)
